Ngema is an accredited Australian Physiotherapy Association Member (APAM) physiotherapist.
He graduated with Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2016 from Nitte University, India and also completed his Masters of Public Health from Deakin University in 2020.
Ngema comes from Nepal and has experience of working in both acute hospital and clinical settings back in his hometown after graduation. As a sports enthusiastic, Ngema has also worked with professional football club in Nepal and helped athletes with their fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation. After relocating to Melbourne in 2018, Ngema has experience of working in both aged care and private practice settings and gained experience in a wide range of musculoskeletal, sports, neurological and geriatric physiotherapy, and chronic pain management.
Ngema believes every patient is unique and his/her experience of problems is different to others, so he loves to work in collaboration with patients to discuss their problems, develop individualised treatment plans and help them achieve their goals.
Ngema has special interest in treating patients with shoulder, neck, back, hip and knee pain as well as musculoskeletal and sports injuries, helping them to achieve the best outcomes and improve their quality of life.
Ngema believes that learning never stops, so he is continuously keen to upgrade his knowledge and skills, to provide the best care for the patients. In his free time, Ngema loves going for a long drive, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, and cooking good meals.
