Appointment Types:
Hartnett Clinic Seaford is happy to provide a variety of appointment types to our patients. Please see our HotDoc Online Booking for a range of appointment types to select from. We encourage patients with more than 1 issue to discuss to book a longer appointment time. Patients who require paperwork to be completed are required to make an appointment with their GP. If you are unsure what type of appointment to select or wish to discuss your needs further, please contact our Reception team who will be able to assist.
Home Visits:
The clinic provides home visits to existing, long-term patients, in extenuating circumstances. If you require a Home Visit, please contact our Reception team to discuss. Alternatively, a telehealth appointment may be suitable.
Telehealth appointments are available for existing patients, who have seen their GP for a face-to-face consultation within the past 12mths. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a telehealth appointment, please contact the clinic.
Walk-Ins:
The clinic runs by appointment however, we understand that accidents and emergencies are unavoidable.
We kindly ask that patients call ahead so that we can best prepare. On arrival, the patient will be triaged and be seen by the next available doctor.
Results:
Patients are encouraged to make an appointment, either face to face or telehealth, to discuss their results.
Unfortunately, the Reception team are unable to provide results over the phone or release results to the patient without first discussing with their preferred doctor.
